Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore seeks a detail-oriented HR support professional. In this role, you will consolidate medical invoices, process salary increments, and assist with medical insurance enrolment. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative functions. The position offers a great opportunity to grow within the HR field. Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in HR or Administrative functions.

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate and maintain records of medical invoices provided by secretaries.
  • Consolidate salary increment requests.
  • Prepare and submit monthly salary increment reports for approval.
  • Review, process, and monitor medical invoices.
  • Send approved salary increment to payroll team for processing.
  • Assist with medical insurance enrolment, updates, and terminations.
  • Draft and issue Letters of Guarantee for employee’s hospital admissions or specialist visits.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned.
