A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations. Responsibilities include managing inventory, processing incoming goods, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of experience and familiarity with forklift operation. This full-time position offers a salary of $1900 - $2400 based on experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Experienced in operating forklift truck will be an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Assist in daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Receive, check quantity & quality, and sort incoming goods.
- Store items neatly and accessibly in the warehouse.
- Pick and pack items for delivery based on requests.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and stock locations.
- Handle returned goods and update relevant departments.
- Keep warehouse clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Support stock-taking and general warehouse tasks.
- Work with suppliers and forwarders to arrange shipments.
- Prepare shipping documentation.
- Provide good customer service and support.
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
Connaissances
Warehouse Assistant – 5.5 Working Days. Monday - Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) @ Tuas; Saturday (8am – 12pm) @ Loyang Warehouse. Salary: $1900 - $2400 (Based on Experience).
