Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is looking for an Invoicing Clerk to manage the invoicing process, ensure accurate generation and issuance of customer invoices, and resolve discrepancies with the sales and logistics teams. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in customer service and/or invoicing, can maintain organized records, and works well in a team. This role offers a salary range of $2500 to $2800 and requires working 5.5 days a week.

Job description
  • Invoicing Clerk
  • Salary: $2500 - $2800
  • Working location: Pandan Loop, Clementi
  • Working hours: 5.5 days, Mon – Fri (9am – 6pm), Sat(9am – 1pm)
Responsibilities
  • Generate and issue accurate customer invoices based on sales orders, delivery orders, or contracts.
  • Matching of invoice supporting documentation.
  • Liaise with the Sales, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to resolve discrepancies or clarify invoicing issues.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all issued invoices.
