Job summary
A charitable healthcare organisation in Singapore is seeking a Programme Executive to support and coordinate its programmes and services. Responsibilities include planning outreach activities, managing stakeholder communication, and ensuring project deadlines are met. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or community services setting. Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare or community services setting.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run outreach activities and programme sessions.
- Identify programme improvements and support enhancements based on client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver programmes.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.
- Prepare required reports and support other departmental duties.
- Prepare informational materials and guide volunteers.
- Manage stakeholder communication and feedback.
- Plan manpower rosters and update the supervisor regularly.
