Job summary
A community healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking an experienced nurse to deliver high-quality home nursing care. Successful candidates will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop person-centred care plans, and supervise nursing staff. This role requires at least 5 years of experience in acute or community care, as well as strong communications and leadership skills.
