A leading operations management company in Singapore is looking for an Operations Assistant to support the Branch Manager in daily tasks. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies, handling customer queries, and performing inventory checks. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Mandarin. This role requires flexibility for shift work and is open to Malaysian fresh graduates.

- Able to work on rotational shifts in the F&B Industry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

- Assist the Branch Manager in daily operations.
- Enforce compliance with company policies and regulations.

Job description
- Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations of the atrium
- Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with government regulations
- Handle queries and requests from tenants, customers, and cleaners
- Conduct routine hygiene and inventory checks at outlets
- Perform regular cash audits to ensure adherence to Cash Control Policy
- Assist with virtual food delivery orders from various platforms
- Maintain high standards of outlet aesthetics and staff grooming
- Act as the point of contact for external contractors and suppliers
- Recommend and implement process improvements
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Supervisor
- Min Bachelor Degree in any field.
- Able to work on rotational shift (F&B Industry).
- We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
- Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply。
