Job summary

A leading tax and accounting firm located in Singapore is seeking an experienced corporate secretarial professional to manage a diverse portfolio of clients. Responsibilities include preparing documents, maintaining statutory records, and liaising with clients regarding corporate matters. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in commerce or law, a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in both English and Mandarin. Also, this position offers generous benefits including annual leave and medical benefits.

Job description
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Generate and prepare documents and forms required for company’s portfolio of clients.
  • Ensure statutory books are in order and updated for company’s portfolio of clients.
  • Experience in handling a portfolio of clients across diverse industries.
  • Formation of Singapore companies and offshore companies.
  • Follow-up with client on the return of documents and forms and ensuring submission of statutory forms and documents to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority and IRAS within the stipulated deadline.
  • Attend to routine of officers, share transfer and allotment, updating registers and minute book etc.
  • Assist to remind clients on deadline of holding Annual General Meeting for their portfolio of clients.
  • Assist to retrieve and provide documents, files and information for auditors on behalf of clients.
  • Liaise and respond to clients’ requests and queries regarding corporate secretarial matters.
  • Documents filing, photocopying, setting up new clients’ files after incorporation of the company and any ad hoc duties as and when assign.
Qualifications & Experiences
  • Degree/Diploma in Commerce/Law/Graduate of ICSA.
  • Good knowledge of Companies Act is preferred
  • Min 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Posess positive attitude and responsible.
  • Mature thinking and service oriented.
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal skill.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to liaise with clients/colleagues
