Responsibilities

• Conduct and evaluate group work sessions and individual casework, including intake assessments and care plan implementation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor community programs and interventions, assessing their effectiveness.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Support staff development, organize crisis management efforts, and ensure adherence to evidence-based practices.
• Identify service gaps and contribute to program development and evaluation.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, or a degree with a Graduate Diploma in Social Work from a recognized institution.
• At least 5 years of relevant social work experience.
• Registration with the relevant professional social work body is preferred.
