Job summary

A leading logistics company in Singapore is seeking a Junior Warehouse Executive to manage inventory and stock control. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, and issuing goods, maintaining accurate stock records, and coordinating with procurement and production departments. The ideal candidate has a diploma or NITEC and at least 2 years of experience in inventory management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this full-time position.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in store or inventory environment.
  • Knowledge of purchasing and delivery procedures is an advantage.
  • Good insight into overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

  • Receiving, storing, and issuing goods as per company procedures.
  • Keeping accurate records of stock levels and movements.
  • Coordinating with procurement and production departments.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store area.
  • Conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies.
  • Managing and organizing an effective inventory system.
  • Taking charge of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Sourcing, purchasing, and topping up stock items.

Job Requirements
  • This is consider as junior executive level with good insight of the overall warehouse operation
  • Diploma or NITEC, with min 2 years working experience in store or inventory environment
  • Knowledge of purchasing and delivery procedure will be an added advantage
  • Immediate position

Full -time.
