Responsibilities
As a Digital & Social Media Strategist, you'll be at the heart of crafting and executing game-changing social media campaigns. You're not just planning; you're architecting audience journeys, sparking conversations, and igniting brand love. You'll dive deep into social insights, identify the pulse of online communities, and translate that knowledge into strategies that stop thumbs and capture hearts. You'll be a champion for creators, pushing boundaries and unlocking their full potential:

What You'll Do
- Create campaigns that are social-first, insights-driven, and audience-focused — the kind that resonate with people and win brand confidence. You'll be hands-on with tools to pull insights and data, then lead the pitch process to bring brands on board.
- Stay plugged into cultural moments, platform trends, and feature updates — from TikTok shifts to Instagram tools — and translate these into stronger campaigns. You'll be a go-to voice internally and externally on what's next in social.
- Collaborate with creators, internal teams, and different business units to brainstorm, validate, and deliver campaigns — from pitch to execution. You'll bring strong communication and teamwork to the table.
Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in digital, content, or social strategy roles, with proven experience developing social-first strategies that led to measurable audience engagement or brand growth.
- Strong grasp of social media trends, platforms, and social content creator ecosystems.
- Comfortable using insights (qualitative or quantitative) to shape thinking, and the various tools to enable that.
- Strong communication skills — written, visual, and verbal.
- Bonus: experience in social listening tools or working directly with creators.
