• Availability to work on:
• Monday to Saturday: Morning and Afternoon shifts

• No experience required
• Work pass will be provided
• Salary: $1,600 - $2,000 per month
• Urgent hire

• Basic salary up to $2,000 with yearly performance-based increments
• Work schedule: 5.5 days/week, alternate Saturdays
• Week 1: Mon to Fri, 8:30 am - 6:30 pm
• Week 2: Mon to Fri, 9 am - 6 pm; Sat, 9 am - 1 pm

This role is for a Warehouse Admin in Serangoon. Our client is a one-stop instant printing company in Singapore.

• Handle daily purchasing and warehouse operations
• Process purchase requests, obtain quotes, and issue purchase orders
• Support procurement process improvements and vendor management
• Work with suppliers to secure favorable pricing and terms
• Ensure efficient warehouse space utilization
• Adhere to procurement policies and quality standards
• Perform additional tasks as assigned

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
