• Lead and supervise the service team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Provide training to new and existing staff on service standards, procedures, and operational requirements.
• Manage customer feedback and address service-related concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support the Outlet Manager in areas such as staff scheduling, inventory management, and opening/closing procedures.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, service quality, and product presentation in accordance with company guidelines.
