A construction management firm in Singapore is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to provide essential coordination and administrative support for construction projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, strong organisational skills, and proficiency in project management software. We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator based in Jurong West, West Region. In this strategic role, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of construction projects. With a focus on process and detail management, you will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of projects within the company.
Assist the project management team in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities and milestones
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication
Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence
Coordinate site visits, meetings, and presentations to support project delivery
Provide administrative support, such as processing invoices, managing procurement, and updating project records
Identify process improvements and implement streamlined workflows to enhance project efficiency
Minimum 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role, preferably within the construction industry
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in using project management software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant tools
Proactive problem-solving mindset and a keen eye for detail
Formal qualifications in project management or a related field would be an advantage
