Job summary

A leading food service company in Singapore is seeking Kitchen Crew to deliver high-quality dining experiences. The role involves preparing food, managing stock, and ensuring hygiene standards. No experience required, but basic meal preparation skills and communication in English and Chinese are necessary. Shift allowances and meal provisions are included.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily stock checking and manage food inventory.
  • Prepare ingredients and follow cooking SOPs.
  • Maintain kitchen safety and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure to follow SOP while cooking.
  • Assist Kitchen Supervisor and above in the kitchen.
  • Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene.
  • Communicate effectively with crew members.
  • Understand product knowledge.

Job description
Objective

The Kitchen Crew is to ensure delivering the highest level of dining experience by presenting fresh and warm high quality menu to customer’s table. Kitchen Crew are requiring to work in a high pace environment to meet customer’s expectation and serve the food within the stipulated time.

Responsibility
  1. Daily stock checking
  2. Check for non-expire and expire food that need to be dispose.
  3. Prepare ingredient such as cutting vegetable, cook rice, re-pack ingredient into one portion, etc.
  4. Prepare goo quality food once there is order comes in and ensure to follow the SOP when cooking.
  5. To assist Kitchen Supervisorand above in the kitchen.
  6. Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene at top-notch.
  7. To communicate well with other crew members, Supervisors and Managers.
  8. Understand YAYOI product knowledge.
Requirement
  • No working experience is needed but need to have basic meal preparation skills.
  • Holding a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certificate will be advantage.
  • Require to be able to speak English and Chinese
  • Require to work at multiple location
  • Because of the nature of work, you are require to work on-site.
