About the role

We are seeking a full-time Project Coordinator based in Jurong West, West Region. In this strategic role, you will provide essential coordination and administrative support to ensure the seamless execution of construction projects. With a focus on process and detail management, you will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of projects within the company.

What you'll be doing
  • Assist the project management team in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities and milestones

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and ensure effective communication

  • Maintain detailed project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and correspondence

  • Coordinate site visits, meetings, and presentations to support project delivery

  • Provide administrative support, such as processing invoices, managing procurement, and updating project records

  • Identify process improvements and implement streamlined workflows to enhance project efficiency

What we\'re looking for
