Job description

We're hiring a Front End Engineerwhose singular mission is to work with the growth and product team tobuild virality into our product.

Your job is to build sustainable growth loops that make each Jenni user naturally bring in additional users, creating a self-replenishing top-of-funnel that scales with our user base.

You'll own the entire growth engineering stack from identifying viral opportunities unique to academic research workflows, to building and testing viral mechanics, to analyzing and optimizing growth loops for maximum coefficient impact.

You’ll work closely with both product and growth teams to ideate, execute, and share insights.
