Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
• Familiarity with document management systems and e-signature tools.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and proofread banking and finance documentation including facility agreements.
• Assist in the preparation of tax opinions and filings.
• Manage partners' calendars and travel arrangements.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders.
