Job summary
A beauty service company in Singapore is seeking a dedicated beauty therapist to meet sales targets while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities include delivering facial and massage services, maintaining customer records, and ensuring cleanliness and safety in treatment rooms. Experience in customer service is a plus, and training will be provided.

Responsibilities
- Ensure monthly personal sales targets are met.
- Maintain customers’ records and document interactions.
- Deliver facial/massage services safely and comfortably.
- Meet sales goals while providing personalized service.
- Respond to customer enquiries and needs.
- Promote retail products and additional services.
- Ensure safety and cleanliness in treatment areas.
- Train and guide new staff members.
- Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met
- Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records
- Deliver a variety of facial/massage services in a safe and comfortable manner
- Meet sales goals/targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long‑lasting relationships with customers
- Acknowledge and respond to customers’ enquiries, needs and expectations
- Suggest and promote retail products and additional services
- Ensure that all purchased services/products are not under cost
- Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment (i.e., refrain from burning/injuring customers)
- Provide high quality customer service
- Ensure cleanliness of treatment rooms, facilities and equipment and follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Ensure treatment rooms always have sufficient products
- Guiding and training new staff members to promote internal growth
- With relevant working experience is a plus
