A premier confinement care provider in Singapore is seeking a driven Sales Executive to build relationships with expectant families. The role includes managing leads, conducting consultative sales, and developing business opportunities. Candidates should have at least 3-4 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in services, and possess strong communication skills. The position offers a base salary of S$2,500, performance-based commissions, and hybrid working opportunities.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional to build meaningful relationships with expectant families while achieving strong financial rewards. You'll be working with warm leads generated from our marketing efforts, conducting consultative sales conversations, and hunting for additional opportunities to maximize your earning potential.
Follow up promptly on marketing-generated leads through phone calls and digital communications
Conduct consultative sales conversations with expectant mothers and families
Present NewBubs' premium confinement care services and packages
Guide prospects through the entire sales process from initial inquiry to booking confirmation
Maintain detailed records in CRM system and provide regular pipeline updates
Hunt for additional leads through networking, referrals, and prospecting activities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities beyond marketing-generated leads
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects at various stages
Develop strategic relationships with relevant healthcare professionals, maternity centers, and related businesses
Build trust and rapport with expectant families during a vulnerable and important time
Understand unique client needs and match them with appropriate confinement care solutions
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
Handle objections professionally and find creative solutions to close deals
Maintain relationships for potential repeat business and referrals
Attend company-funded networking events, maternity expos, and industry gatherings
Weekend event sales required at least once per month (Off-in-lieu provided)
Represent NewBubs professionally at external events and build brand awareness
Gather market intelligence and feedback to support business development
Complete CEI (Certificate in Employment Intermediary) license certification (company-funded)
Ensure all clients' nannies have valid work permits through MOM portal applications
Process and verify work permit documentation and compliance requirements
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports
Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements
Participate in regular sales training and professional development programs
Minimum 3-4 years of B2C sales experience, preferably in services industry
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills
Strong follow-up discipline and task-oriented approach
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management
Proficiency in Mandarin is highly preferred to serve our diverse client base
Availability to work weekends for events (minimum once monthly)
Singapore citizen, PR, or foreigner with valid work eligibility in Singapore
Willingness to obtain CEI license (company will fund training and certification)
Consultative selling approach with ability to understand client needs
Strong objection handling and negotiation skills
Persistence and resilience in following up with prospects
Ability to build rapport quickly over phone and in-person
Results-driven mindset with focus on closing deals
Self-motivated and independent worker comfortable with remote work
Organized and systematic approach to lead management
Professional demeanor suitable for representing premium service brand
Empathy and understanding of new mothers' needs and concerns
Comfortable with hybrid work arrangement and weekend commitments
Detail-oriented for handling work permit compliance requirements
Experience in healthcare, wellness, or family services sales
Personal experience as a parent (understanding of confinement care needs)
Existing network in Singapore's maternity/childcare industry
Experience with lead hunting and business development beyond warm leads
Multi-lingual capabilities (English, Mandarin, other local languages)
Previous experience in Singapore's domestic services industry
Familiarity with MOM work permit processes and requirements
Base Salary: S$2,500 per month
Commission: Performance-based, bringing total earning potential to S$4,000+ per month
Higher commission rates for self-generated leads
