Key Responsibilities
Serves as liaison between the customer and the Business Unit for assigned projects, ensuring clear understanding of customer issues and delivery of applicable solutions.
Works closely with customer to optimize tool performance to meet customer process and integration requirements.
Provides customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary diagnoses, troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
Requirements
PhD/ Master/ Bachelor in Engineering studies
Resourceful, proactive and willing to learn mindset
Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues
Past research or internship experiences in semiconductor process will be an added advantage
Work Location
North or East (Will be based at customer's location)
