Contact clients to share updates and assist with enquiries
Support appointment scheduling and reminder follow-ups
Maintain accurate client interaction records in CRM
Assist in simple outreach and engagement campaigns
Provide administrative support to the engagement team
Local Polytechnic Diploma/Degree qualifications
Friendly communicator who enjoys interacting with people
Organised and able to handle multiple tasks
Proactive and willing to learn on the job
Customer service experience is a plus
