A recruitment company in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to support end-to-end recruitment, manage HR documentation, and promote a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate has at least a diploma and strong organizational and interpersonal skills. This role provides exposure to strategic HR projects.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Responsabilités
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with teams to organize training programs.
- Act as a contact for employee HR-related queries.
- Contribute to performance management processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Support payroll and benefits administration.
- Gain exposure to strategic HR projects.

Formation
Working location: Paya Lebar
Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with teams to organize training and development programs
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR-related matters
- Contribute to performance management processes and employee feedback systems
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Participate in diversity and inclusion initiatives to promote a welcoming workplace
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Gain exposure to strategic HR projects and decision-making processes
- Minimum Diploma and above
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
