• Contribute across the full software development lifecycle — from requirements analysis to testing, delivery, and maintenance
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, designers, and operations to provide input on system design and functionality
• Manage testing environments, including those involving Node.js, Java, Go, Python, and local blockchains
• Write and execute detailed test plans and cases
• Conduct extensive testing (black-box, white-box, automated, performance, and security) across platforms such as Web, Windows, and Mobile OS
• Continuously improve test processes, methodologies, and team efficiency by staying current with tech trends

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
• Prior experience or interest in Web3 is a significant advantage
• Proven experience in functional testing for mobile applications
• Ability to design and execute test plans for complex systems
• Skilled in root cause analysis and addressing software quality issues
• Strong logical thinking and team communication skills
• Proficiency in test automation frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, or similar
• Practical experience with Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and virtual environments
• Proficiency in English and Chinese is required to liaise with global teams and stakeholders
