Job summary

A leading tech solutions provider in Singapore is looking for a skilled Network/Security professional. The role involves installing, operating, and troubleshooting complex network setups with a focus on Cisco and HP products. Candidates should have experience in managing firewalls, understanding cloud services, and a solid grasp of ITIL processes. A Bachelor's degree and extensive experience in enterprise environments are required. This position demands strong problem-solving skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of experience and 5 years working in an Enterprise or DC IT environment.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Good time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, operate, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (switches and routers).
• Plan firmware upgrades and manage security features.
• Monitor and report using various tools.

Skills

L2 installation/operation/troubleshooting

L3 installation/operation/troubleshooting

Experience in STP, VSS, VLAN

Experience with routing protocols (BGP/OSPF/EIGRP)

Solarwinds/WUG/Cacti management

Firewalls (Checkpoint/Cisco/Fortinet)

SSLVPN (Juniper/Checkpoint)

Security (IPS/IDS)

ITIL process management

Knowledge on Azure/AWS

Education
