About the Role:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess and enhance residents' functional abilities through tailored therapy plans. You will deliver interventions to support daily living, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with nursing and allied health teams to improve overall care outcomes.

- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Location: Punggol Field, Singapore
- Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Weekends & Public Holidays Off)
- Salary Range: SGD 2,500 - SGD 4,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy plans for residents, focusing on ADLs, cognitive functions, behavior, and social skills.
- Provide therapy interventions to improve coordination, strength, and range of motion.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic care and ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Review therapy services regularly and ensure adherence to SOPs and emergency protocols.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff and therapy aides.
- Manage therapy equipment inventory and collaborate on quality improvement initiatives.
- Support the development and competency of therapy aides through continuous education and induction.
- Ensure confidentiality of residents' records and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
What They’re Looking For:
- Qualifications: Registered Occupational Therapist with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years for junior roles; at least 5 years for senior roles in a healthcare setting.
Key Skills & Expertise:
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with elderly patients is preferred.
