A leading educational institution in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager for Student Wellness to champion mental wellness programs and outreach activities. The role involves supporting students who seek help, managing cases, and engaging with faculties for mental health initiatives. Ideal candidates have a degree in Social Work or Psychology and experience in case management or training. This strategic position aims to improve student wellbeing and foster an inclusive support environment.
Qualifications
A recognized Bachelor's or Post-graduate degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology.
At least 2 years of case management experience, preferably with youths or young adults.
Experience in training and facilitation of mental health-related workshops will be advantageous.
Responsabilités
Serve as Case Manager for students in disciplinary and rehabilitation processes.
Plan and administer outreach activities to promote mental wellness.
Facilitate training programs on mental health literacy for students and faculty.
