A recruitment agency is seeking a candidate for a role focused on financial documentation support, including invoice preparation and coordination with banks. Ideal candidates should hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field and have 1–2 years of experience in SME financing or financial services. Responsibilities include tracking payments and supporting operational requests. The position offers a basic salary of $3,000 to $4,000 with additional benefits.
Basic $3,000 - $4,000 + AWS + VB
Working Location: Upper Thomson (Sin Ming)
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Working Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm
Assist in documentation, and process coordination e.g. prepare invoices and service agreements for clients
Coordinate loan and investment documentation with banks and lenders
Support operational requests such as valuations and insurance
Track payments across clients and funding partners
Support day-to-day operations as the business grows
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Diploma or Degree holder in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related fields
1–2 years of experience in SME financing, fintech, or financial services with basic understanding of loan products and supporting documents is a plus.
