Job summary

An international main contractor in Singapore is seeking a Contracts Manager for a large scale building project. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and will be responsible for managing post-contractual matters and ensuring project delivery within budget and time constraints. This position requires strong technical competence and excellent time management skills. Applicants are encouraged to apply via email.

  • Minimum 8 years of project experience in Quantity Surveying.
  • Familiarity with cost estimation and contract management.
  • Experience in managing post-contractual matters.

Responsibilities
