Job summary
A leading staffing firm in Singapore is seeking dedicated individuals to join their Contact Centre team. The role involves attending to customer enquiries via phone and email, maintaining high accessibility standards, and effectively managing service requests. Candidates should possess at least 'A' Levels or a Diploma and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. This contract position lasts for 6 months and offers a completion bonus. - Attend to phone/email enquiries professionally.
- Update information in the CRM system accurately.
- Ensure effective follow-up with customers.
- Prepare requests accurately including policy summary.
- Work closely with stakeholders on service requests.
- Deliver service requests within service standards.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned.
Skills
Education
- Location: near to MRT Eunos
- Working Hours: Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm
- Contract Duration: 6 Months
- Completion Bonus : 0.5 Months
You will attend to phone/email enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.
- Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.
- Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.
- Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.
- Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.
- Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.
- Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned.
- Min ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
