We are seeking an experienced Software Manager with a strong ITbackground, expertise in UX/UI, and a proven ability to leadcross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in software andproject management, and while knowledge of financial products is a bonus, apassion for delivering exceptional user experiences is essential.

Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and innovation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product priorities and goals.

Product Development & Project Management

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch and post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless execution of product features.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable product requirements.
• Use Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage sprints, backlogs, and deliverables.

UX/UI Design Collaboration

• Partner with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user-centric interfaces that enhance engagement and usability.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in design through wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

Project Leadership

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of products.
• Proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, implementing solutions to keep projects on track.
• Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring transparency across all stakeholders.

Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyze user data and behavior to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement.
• Leverage performance metrics to optimize product features and ensure alignment with user needs.

Industry Knowledge & Financial Products (Bonus)

• Gain a deep understanding of financial products and services to effectively address user needs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to propose innovative solutions.

• Strong expertise in UX/UI design principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Solid IT background with knowledge of software development processes and technical architecture.
• Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Trello.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Chinese proficiency is a plus).
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a proactive, solution-driven attitude.

• At least 2 years of experience in software & product management, project management, or related roles.
• Background in IT, software development, or a related technical field.
• Experience in managing UX/UI design projects and delivering user-friendly products.
• Understanding of financial products or prior experience in the financial services industry is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Design, Business, or a related field.
