The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience and should possess strong communication and analytical skills. Responsibilities include managing User Acceptance Tests and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure successful completion of projects. Qualificações
- 3+ years of experience supporting academic and administrative services.
- 3+ years of experience conducting training.
- Hands-on experience in academic and administrative systems is required.
- Experience in business process engineering is advantageous.
Responsabilidades
- Collaborate with teams to confirm requirements and ensure UAT success.
- Prepare UAT and handle data migration.
- Manage UAT teams and coordinate testers' involvement.
- Participate in process reviews to streamline operations.
