Job description
Admissions & Academic Operations
  • Coordinate with prospective students to verify admission documents and respond to queries
  • Schedule and prepare materials for admission interview panels
  • Compile admission statistics and generate reports for internal stakeholders
  • Process examination results and prepare documentation for Board of Examiners meetings
  • Organize BOE meeting logistics (scheduling, materials, venue arrangements) and record minutes
  • Maintain accurate academic records in university systems
Programme Marketing & Outreach
  • Develop and update marketing materials for digital and print platforms
  • Coordinate recruitment events including fairs, webinars, and campus visits
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports
  • Support alumni engagement database management and outreach initiatives
Event Management
  • Plan and execute student events such as career fairs, information sessions, and networking activities
  • Manage all event logistics: venue booking, catering, equipment, and vendor liaison
  • Oversee event registration, materials preparation, and on-site coordination
  • Ensure smooth event delivery and gather post-event feedback
General
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Postgraduate Office
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
