A landscaping solutions company in Singapore seeks an experienced Assistant Operations Manager (Arborist) to lead field operations and manage projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma or Degree in Arboriculture or related fields, alongside ISA certification, and have at least 3-5 years of relevant experience. The role involves ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing client relationships, and supporting business development. Offers a competitive salary between $3,500 - $5,000 with incentives and bonuses.

- Lead and supervise operations staff and contractors in daily activities.
- Conduct tree inspections and assessments for maintenance.

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Build client relationships to support business growth.
- Assist in recruiting and training of staff.
- Support business development in identifying opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team on proposals and costings.

Compensation: Basic Salary $3,500 - $5,000+ Project Incentive + 14 Days AL + Bonus
Location: Office at Tengah, West SG (Nearby MRT: Choa Chu Kang / Boon Lay MRT)
Diploma or Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Landscape, or related field.
ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in landscape or arboricultural operations.
Lead and supervise operations staff, arborists, and contractors in day-to-day field activities.
Conduct tree inspections and assessments, recommending treatments and maintenance plans.
Plan and oversee pruning, trimming, and removal works following arboricultural best practices.
Manage landscape and tree projects from start to completion — ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Build strong client relationships and support business growth through quality service delivery.
Assist in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new landscape and arboriculture staff.
Business Development Support in identify new business opportunities within the operations and arboriculture sectors.
