The Site Engineer is responsible for the technical aspect of construction, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards. The role involves on-site supervision, coordination with subcontractors, and the interpretation of technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

  • Review and interpret construction drawings, plans, and specifications.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.

  • Monitor work progress and report regularly to the Project Manager.

  • Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards.

  • Coordinate site logistics and manage site resources, including manpower and machinery.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering Discipline.

  • Minimum 1-2 years relevant experiences in construction industry.
