Job Description

Strategy Development:

  1. Formulate annual marketing plans aligned with business goals and objectives.
  2. Allocate marketing budgets effectively across various campaigns and initiatives.
  3. Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas and strategies.
  4. Oversee project management and ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  5. Analyse marketing performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Brainstorm with Management team on overseas expansion strategy.

Marketing:

  1. Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Crestar Ceiling Fan and Spin Fan across all marketing channels.
  2. Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns to reach target audiences effectively.
  3. Create and design all necessary marketing materials for both online and offline channels covering both B2B and B2C segments.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including running online ads, social media campaigns, and email marketing.
  2. Manage the creation and optimization of digital ad campaigns across various platforms to reach target audiences effectively.
  3. Utilize digital analytics tools to measure and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate with external vendors to implement website enhancements and improvements.

Management:

  1. Manage relationships with marketing agencies and external vendors to ensure the delivery of high-quality services within budget and timeline.
  2. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall business strategies.

Training for Marketing Executives and Mentorship to Interns:

  1. Identify training needs of current marketing executives and design relevant programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  2. Conduct mentoring sessions to empower marketing executives to excel in their roles.
  3. Act as a mentor to interns, providing guidance, feedback, and opportunities for their professional growth within the marketing field.

Sponsorships and Events:

  1. Identify relevant industry events and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  2. Leverage events to establish and strengthen connections with key stakeholders.

B2C - Showroom and Group Buys:

  1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract consumers to our showrooms and online platforms.
  2. Collaborate with indoor sales for promotions and special offers to increase sales volumes.
  3. Analyse market trends and consumer behaviour to optimize marketing efforts for B2C segments.

D2C – E-Commerce & Marketplaces:

  1. Oversee the maintenance and updates of E-Commerce Website.
  2. Support marketing collateral for E-Commerce Manager.
  3. Align B2C and D2C Marketing promotions.

B2B – Dealers, Interiors and Architects:

  1. Collaborate with Business Development Team to Identify and build relationships with interior designers, architects, and other B2B partners to position Crestar Ceiling Fan as a preferred choice in commercial projects.
  2. Assist the Business Development team on marketing collaterals and sales tools tailored to B2B clients to showcase the product features and benefits.
  3. Support with presentations and workshops to educate B2B clients about our ceiling fan solutions.
  4. Support outdoor sales for collateral and in-store POP.
  5. Collaborate with outdoor sales for promotions and special offers to increase B2B2C revenue.

Team Collaboration:

  1. Collaborate with sales, products development, and management team to effectively support sales efforts and drive business growth.

Performance Metrics Tracking:

  1. Set key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns and regularly track and report on campaign performance.
  2. Use data analytics tools to analyse marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
  3. Utilizing advanced analytics and data models to forecast consumer behaviour and market trends, enabling data-driven decision-making in marketing strategies.

Google Reviews Management:

  1. Oversee the reviews and feedback on Google Reviews to enhance the company's online reputation.
  2. Address any negative feedback professionally and promptly.
