About the role

We are looking for an exceptional Customer Service professional to join our team at MARINET SERVICES PTE LTD'. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our company, responsible for providing outstanding support and assistance to our valued clients. This full-time role is based in the Tuas West Region.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and complaints in a prompt, professional and empathetic manner

  • Providing accurate information and resolving customer issues efficiently

  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and making recommendations for improvements

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance

  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or client-facing role
