Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

A coordination role between the distributors and the international manufacturers.

1. Manage distributors' accounts and orders.
2. Fulfill distributors' orders and handle communication between the distributors and the international manufacturers.
3. Secure regional sales forecast from the distributors into the demand planning process.
4. Facilitate sales and operations planning to review forecasts and provide visibility on supply status.
5. Update distributors on the latest pricing and inventory data.
6. Handle inquiries on inventory availability, order follow-up and delivery coordination, and freight quotations, and coordinate product issue resolution between distributors and relevant departments.
7. Work in the company system to update distributors' demand and allocate inventory between distributors based on individual situations.
8. Work closely with the operations team, procurement team, and distributors on stock fulfillment.
9. Execute long and short-range inventory strategies.
10. Monitor inventory levels and issues and execute various fulfillment strategies.
11. Ensure that inventory control processes are in place and consistent with the inventory turn target.
12. Negotiate with distributors and solve problems in the supply chain.
13. Coordinate and optimize freight movement.
14. Identify and report on issues for improvement.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree or Diploma holders in any field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Ideally experience in the automotive sector.
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, specifically ability to compare and analyze large datasets.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
