Work location: Bedok Mall New Opening Outlet

Basic salary: $2,000-$2,300
+ Additional allowances up to $800++!!!

Job Description and Main Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and managing customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Prepare beverages according to standardized recipes and customer preferences.
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly, and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions.
• Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipe and preparation techniques.
• Ensure knowledge of menu and products.
• Accurately process customer orders, handle cash, and electronic payments.
• Act in compliance with operational policies and procedures.
• Communicate customer feedback to managers and recommend new menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, servicing utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol.
• Ensure sufficient stock at all times by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies, handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed, and communicating inventory needs to management.
• Handle daily administrative tasks related to outlet operations.

Requirements:

• Responsible, highly motivated, and proactive individual with regular and punctual attendance.
• Prior working experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred; however, it is not mandatory but is an added advantage. Training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions.
• Able to work and collaborate as a team to achieve outlet targets and ensure smooth operational processes.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
• Able to travel and assist other outlets if in need of manpower.
• No experience required as on-the-job training will be provided.
• Excellent and positive service attitude.
• Able to commence work on short notice will be an added advantage.
