Overview:
Manage daily operations and handles communications with stakeholders and tasks to ensure smooth internal workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Scoping, quotations, and proposals
- Translate client needs into clear scopes of work (deliverables, channels, timelines, assumptions).
- Prepare quotations, price packages, and change requests, balancing client budget with your margins.
- Standardise rate cards, proposal templates, and SOW templates for repeatable use.
2. Strategy and project planning
- Develop campaign/brand strategies: target audience, positioning, messaging, channels, and KPIs.
- Turn strategies into concrete project plans: work breakdown, milestones, timelines, and task ownership.
- Align strategy and creative: write or refine creative briefs for the design team.
3. Project execution and coordination
- Coordinate between Customer Success and Design team to ensure deadlines and scope are met.
- Run weekly production meetings, track progress, and anticipate bottlenecks.
- Implement simple project management tools (e.g. Trello/Asana/ClickUp) and maintain dashboards.
4. Quality control and performance
- Review key deliverables (concepts, key visuals, decks) to ensure they match brief and brand guidelines.
- Define and track basic KPIs per project (on‑time delivery, revision rounds, client satisfaction, ROI where possible).
- Collect learnings after each project (what worked, what didn’t) and refine internal processes.
5. Client and business support
- Join important client calls to clarify objectives, present strategies, and support upsell opportunities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to inform proposals and pitches.
- Support you in building case studies, pitch decks, and standardised service packages.
Ideal profile and skills
Experience & background
- 3–6 years in a marketing/branding agency or in‑house marketing role, with hands‑on project or account management.
- Comfortable with both strategic thinking and rolling up sleeves to manage day‑to‑day execution.
- Experience working with remote or offshore teams is a plus.
Key skills
- Strong project management (timelines, resources, multi‑project juggling).
- Good commercial sense (pricing, margins, scope control).
- Solid understanding of digital and brand marketing fundamentals.
- Clear written and verbal communication; able to write briefs and present to clients.
- Tools: basic proficiency in project tools (Asana/Trello/ClickUp), presentation (PowerPoint/Keynote), and spreadsheets.
