Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Carry out project planning, scheduling, good documentation system and project management.
  • Prepare, review and submit all detailed programmes, schedule, method statement, technical details and risk assessment plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, undertake project status review meetings/safety meetings in ensuring quality and timely deliverables.
  • Lead a team of professional and technical site staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope and requirements.
  • Provide timely project progress reporting to Management.
  • Work closely with clients, project team, relevant authorities and subcontractors.
  • Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality, smooth delivery, and timely completion of projects.
  • Ensure the successful handover of all projects handled.
Skill Preferable
  • Minimum 3 years of related working experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong technical background with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
