Job summary
A Singapore-based consulting firm is seeking a Data Engineer to build and maintain data infrastructure while detecting unauthorized privileged access using AI. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Computer Science, minimum 3 years of experience, and strong skills in Python and SQL. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with competitive salary up to $7k.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ETL/ELT processes.
- Manage and maintain scalable data warehousing solutions.
- Deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across various data sources.
- Collaborate with team and software engineers to develop data-driven features.
- Define and implement best practices for data and DevOps processes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to capability building.
Skills
Education
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday (8.30am – 6pm), Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) (Hybrid working arrangement)
Working Location: Punggol
Salary Package: Up to $7k
The Data Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining data infrastructure to detect unauthorized privileged access in logs with confidence scoring using AI and data engineering best practices.
