Job description

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling new client acquisition in Noida by conducting sales calls, closing leads, and attending client meetings. You will reach out to potential customers through cold calling, follow-up communication, and work aggressively towards achieving assigned sales targets. It is essential to track all sales activities in the company CRM system, update client account information regularly, and maintain continuous follow-ups with clients to build and retain strong customer relationships. Additionally, you will generate revenue using references from ongoing and upcoming projects, convert prospective customers considering competitor projects, and provide real estate advisory for buying, selling, and renting properties to individuals and corporates. Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, representing one party as needed, and coordinating with internal teams and departments to optimize the sales process will also be part of your responsibilities.
