Job description

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the client relationship and communication.

• Ensure all client enquiries & emails are answered daily satisfactorily after getting response fromthe internal team as well as the sales network.

• Collaborate with sales network to produce, update and maintain current sales collateral& training materials.

• Facilitate and support training to sales network.

• Work in partnership with the client and internal support teams ensuring activity, processes,procedures and requirements are fully supported and effectively communicated.

• Develop and build strong relationships with all stakeholders.

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports.

• Reconcile invoices and credits with finance.

Requirement:

• Min.2year working experience under similar field.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Has a “can do attitude”.

• Dynamic personality, with an ability to lead, engages and motivates team.

• Able to provide simple solutions to complex issues and process.

• Good organizational skills and able to meet deadline.
