A dynamic creative agency in Singapore seeks a creative and data-driven Content Creator to lead its digital narrative. You will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating engaging videos and graphics, and managing social media platforms like LinkedIn and Instagram. The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of experience, a strong portfolio, and excellent communication skills. We are Summit Planners Crusaders looking for a creative and data-driven Content Creator to own our digital narrative. You will be the architect of our voice across MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, Instagram, and beyond, crafting content that drives engagement, builds employer brand, and attracts top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing, recruitment, and brand goals.
Content Creation: Produce a high volume of engaging, platform-optimized content including:
Video: Short-form explainers, behind-the-scenes reels, employee testimonials.
Graphics: Infographics, carousel posts, and static images using Canva/Adobe Suite.
Copywriting: Captivating captions, career stories, and thought leadership articles.
Platform Mastery: Manage and grow our presence on MyCareersFuture, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, tailoring content to each platform's audience.
Employer Branding: Showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities to make us a talent magnet.
Community & Analytics: Engage with our audience, respond to comments, and use analytics tools to track performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and report on ROI.
Must-Haves:
Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
A strong portfolio showcasing video, graphic, and copywriting samples across multiple platforms.
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar, CapCut or similar video editors).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
A keen eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
Good-to-Have (Advantageous):
Experience creating content for B2B, recruitment, or employer branding.
Basic knowledge of SEO and performance marketing principles.
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite).
Understanding of the Singapore job market and platforms like MyCareersFuture.
