This role will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies that build brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business growth. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to bring marketing initiatives to life while ensuring all content aligns with our brand and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Strategy & Creation:
  • Develop and implement content strategies aimed at driving awareness, engagement, and virality across digital platforms.
  • Design and create high‑quality creative materials for various digital platforms (web, social media, email) and print, ensuring alignment with brand identity and business objectives.
2. Audience Engagement:
  • Manage and expand the audience across owned media channels, including social media and email marketing.
  • Analyse content performance and audience insights to optimise future content strategies and improve engagement metrics.
3. Cross‑Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams such as business, product, sales, and operations to deliver cohesive solutions that meet project requirements and deadlines.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the broader company goals and supports marketing campaigns.
4. Support & Administrative Tasks:
  • Assist in organising and managing marketing‑related meetings, including taking minutes and preparing reports as needed.
  • Provide general support to the marketing team, including project coordination and task management.
