Responsibilities
- Implement engaging lesson plans and creative activities for children's learning.
- Ensure the safety and personal hygiene of children.
- Create a positive and structured learning environment.
- Observe and document children's progress, addressing developmental concerns.
- Build strong relationships with families and mentor new teachers.

Implement engaging lesson plans, creative activities, and experiential learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of children and foster their holistic development. - Custodial Care
Ensure the safety, well‑being, and personal hygiene of children while helping them feel secure and supported in their environment. - Class Management
Create a positive and structured learning environment through effective classroom management and the use of positive discipline strategies. - Evaluation & Reporting
Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, addressing any developmental concerns in collaboration with parents and supervisors. - Collaboration & Mentoring
Build strong relationships with families, communicate children’s progress effectively, and mentor new teachers and interns by sharing best practices.
