We are seeking a strategic, and results-driven professional to lead product management and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on delivering innovative products and compelling marketing strategies while building high-value partnerships that create sought-after propositions for customers. Key Responsibilities

Product Management

• Define and execute product strategy, roadmap, and feature enhancements to achieve revenue and market share growth.

• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and portfolio reviews to identify opportunities for product innovation.
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, ensuring compliance with brand standards and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product launches and enhancements on time and within budget.
• Monitor product performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Own P&L responsibilities, including forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis.

Marketing & Campaigns

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support product objectives.
• Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution, including creative development and performance tracking.
• Provide regular reporting on KPIs, campaign effectiveness, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Events & Partnerships

• Identify and execute event opportunities aligned with product positioning and customer engagement goals.
• Develop compelling and relevant value propositions in collaboration with key partners to enhance customer experience and drive acquisition.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, merchants, and service providers for co-marketing initiatives and joint campaigns.
• Ensure events and partnerships deliver measurable impact and align with brand governance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management and marketing with proven success in driving growth.
