Supply Chain Planner

Singapore | Full-time

What You’ll Do

B2C Supply Chain & Planning

• Drive the S&OP cycle for our B2B and B2C business across travel retail, distributors, retail stores, and e-commerce.
• Manage end-to-end inventory planning for raw materials and components.
• Lead demand forecasting and analysis, ensuring optimal stock levels.
• Prepare reorder recommendations based on forecasts, lead times, MOQ, and current inventory.
• Coordinate closely with raw material suppliers (scent concentrates, alcohol, DPG), including PO management and delivery follow-ups.
• Participate in weekly Inventory & Planning meetings, documenting actions and ensuring follow-through.
• Maintain and improve production planning tools, inventory trackers, and scheduling frameworks — with a focus on automation and accuracy.
• Act as a key point of contact for distributors and travel retail partners on day-to-day supply matters.

B2B Supply Chain Support

• Contribute to weekly S&OP meetings, sharing insights and updates across projects.
• Oversee oil stock management and coordinate between warehouses and subcontractors in China (perfume, candles, and ancillary factories)

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Analytical, structured, and highly detail-oriented.
• Confident with Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative — you thrive in dynamic and fast pace environments.
• Problem solving, agile
• Fluent in English; additional Asian languages like Chinese are a plus.
