Job summary

A leading healthcare institution in Singapore is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant (Projects) to manage digital education and training projects efficiently. The role involves project management, IRB applications, as well as liaising with stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have a minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with a pass in English and Mathematics, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and media design software. Experience in healthcare or media design will be advantageous. Commitment of at least 8 hours a week for 6 months is required.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Media Design and Editing software.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Healthcare, Pharmacy, or Media Design is an advantage.

Job description

The Pharmacy Assistant (Projects) is responsible for the efficient management and smooth operations of digital education/training project(s) in the Department. Responsibilities include helping/assisting the team with project management, IRB applications, liaison with partners and stakeholders (e.g. collaborators, vendors, grant committees), study design and development, conducting of study, analysis, report/publication writing and conference presentations. He/she works under the Principal Investigator (PI) and/or co-investigator(s) (co-Is) to provide prompt, efficient and quality work in relation to the project(s) that he/she manages.

Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level with pass in English and Mathematics
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office & Media Design and Editing software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite)
  • Able to commit at least 8 hours a week for at least 6 months
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in Healthcare/ Pharmacy/ Social work and/or Media Design & Development (including video editing) will be an advantage
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
