Key Responsibilities

• Children’s Learning & Development
  Implement engaging lesson plans, creative activities, and experiential learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of children and foster their holistic development.
• Custodial Care
  Ensure the safety, well‑being, and personal hygiene of children while helping them feel secure and supported in their environment.
• Class Management
  Create a positive and structured learning environment through effective classroom management and the use of positive discipline strategies.
• Evaluation & Reporting
  Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, addressing any developmental concerns in collaboration with parents and supervisors.
• Collaboration & Mentoring
  Build strong relationships with families, communicate children’s progress effectively, and mentor new teachers and interns by sharing best practices.
